I need some orientation on how to edit an xlsform for odk

  1. i need to know how to format the datetime to this formate[YYYY.MM.dd.hh].
    This should include which columns to edit to get that output.

It's best to do that server side after you get the data. If you need
to do this on the device, use a series of substr calculates
(https://opendatakit.org/help/form-design/binding/) to get the data
and then concats to put it back together.
