Hello
am designing a form in excel
I have a select question where a user can select more 1, 2 or 3 options,
however the last option is none and I want users to select none only if
they have not selected any other option.
e.g select fruits you eat

  1. mangoes
  2. passion
  3. java
  4. None

how can i add a constraint that if one selects none he can't select any
other option

Hello Ayoub,

You don't have to use the if statement . All you have to do is to:

  1. Make sure that the type of the question is select_multiple
  2. Put ,On constraint column, this not(selected(., '4') and
    count-selected(.) >=2)
  3. display on the constraint message " you can't associate "none" with
    an another option
