Image question to select parts of the body

I saw the attached picture in the homepage of https://getodk.org/. We need to build a similar functionality with a whole body, so the user can select the required parts. Which type of question is it? Does it require a vectorial image? Any guidance will be very much appreciated.

Hi @arnaurm - yes I believe an svg image is required, with id attributes - as noted here:
