Incomplete submissions

Dear All,
Am running MYSQL 5.7 with tomcat 6
I have around 10 incomplete submissions on the form management tab.
However when I run briefcase CLS I can see the same incomplete forms in the
exported cvs.
QTN.
what do I risk by marking them as complete on aggregate since I already
have them in the CVS.

When you mark them as complete, all references to the media attachments
that are missing will be deleted (replaced with "").

The devices that have those submissions will then need to have them
manually deleted (they will continue to fail to submit from the device).
