If a form definition is corrupted (and you are seeing infinite refreshes), we recommend that you give us developer access to allow us to repair your database.
What ODK tool and version are you using? And on what device and operating system version?
ODK Aggregate on App Engine (unsure of version as not possible to access instance right now)
What steps can we take to reproduce the problem?
