i am trying ti install odk vm in a windows virtual machine configured the vm as fqdn but i cannot acces it through the phone odk collect

i have tried everything. the vm can be accessed from the server itself but not from clients computer or the phone odk collect

create a windows server virtual machine in instal the odk vm in it and try accessing it from the any client

i have disabled firewall. the aggregate can be accessed from the browser in the server but not externally after running the fqdn configs
