I am using odk aggregate but for some time I see that it has become obsolete. I am trying to find out how to switch to ODK Central. I need your help especially with the installation from start to finish. How to do it.

Hi @diniero69, have you tried the docs? In addition, every likely error folks encounter will have been asked and answered here (search function!).
The instructions in the docs however should get you a long way.
If you want to go faster, you can also consider the hosted versions by getodk.
