Installing Central on Window 11 Throw Error

i am installing to check the ODK centeral features i was using ODK Aggregation . i am going to install on my PC it show the following error

i have search in google i did not find a good soultion how to do it anyone to answer please

The warnings about different variables not being set make think your settings were not added. Did you follow steps 4 and 5 under https://docs.getodk.org/central-install-digital-ocean/#getting-and-setting-up-central ?

If you run...

$ cd central
$ nano .env

do you see your values after DOMAIN= and SYSADMIN_EMAIL= ?
