Internet questionnaire

Good day,

I was wondering if one can do online surveys using ODK. If yes, can ODK be
able to restrict a respondent to only 1 questionnaire?

Thanks.

Phindile

Enketo is a compatible web-browser-based survey tool.

W.r.t. restricting to one respondent, no.

This cannot be done without understanding the context of the survey (and
therefore must be handled during data analysis).

Simple techniques available in a browser can be circumvented by running in
"Private Browsing" or "Incognito" windows.

i.e., you can ask demographic data (name, address, postal code) to identify
duplicates during data analysis or ask for some encoded identifying
information (e.g., drivers license #, etc.)
