I would suggest adding a widget relating to IP adress. I will reason this with a real life project that the company I work for, couldn't conduct because of this issue. The aim of the project was to interview people from my country who had immigrated to other countries and live there. We would send a enketo link and they would fill it by themselves or either by telephone method. But the problem was how could we be sure that the respondent was really living in a foreign country?
