Upload form is not showing in the web application list.
What ODK tool and version are you using? And on what device and operating system version?
I have ODK aggregate web application. In which I have "Form Management" tab/screen.
What steps can we take to reproduce the problem?
I have uploaded two different forms (XML files), one form is showing in UI as well as in Database. But second form is visible in Database but not on UI.
What you have you tried to fix the problem?
I have checked all meta data related tables available in tables like _form_info, _form_info_fileset, _form_info_submission_association etc.
Anything else we should know or have? If you have a test form or screenshots or logs, attach here.
