I'm trying to run odk server on windows and I'm trying to vinculate my subdomain with my server but it does not run. It is possible to run odk central on localhost:8383??? or any other ip without domain??? help me please I'm noob!!!

Central requires a fully qualified domain name. Please see Installing Central without a domain - #2 by yanokwa and installed-ODK-central-website-not-loading - #18 by LN for more details.
