Java error (ODK Briefcase)

Accessing the server failed with error: Exception: The server has not
provided an available-forms document compliant with the OpenRosa version
1.0 standard.

What does this error message mean?
What can i do to have my ODK brief case work?
Am failing to access my DATA
i receive it every time while trying to access my server via the
Briefcase(ODK)

Thank you Team

First, confirm that the URL you entered works in a browser to access your
ODK Aggregate instance.

The URL to enter into ODK Briefcase is this URL minus the Aggregate.html...
portion.

If you have configured the site to require authentication, then you will
need to define an ODK Aggregate username (be sure to set a password for the
username) with Form Viewer privileges (and Form Management privileges if
you are going to push to the server); specify that username and password in
ODK Briefcase.

The above should resolve your problems.

Note that if you are using a non-ODK-Aggregate server, they may or may not
support all the APIs that are required for ODK Briefcase to work.

"Accessing the server failed with error: Exception: The server has not provided an available-forms document compliant with the OpenRosa version 1.0 standard."
is the error message i am still getting from the briefcase once i try to access the server through it!
If you try to access the server through the briefcase using the credentials i am sending to your email right now, should be able to get the same error message!

Hi Mitch,

I work with Moses. This is not an isolated case. Everyone on our team who uses briefcase is having this problem. We been using this application for a long time and have never encountered this problem before. The URL and username cannot reasonably be the issue unless these were changed without our knowledge. Nor do we have any issue with payments on our account.

We are very heavy users of ODK aggregate and briefcase. At this moment we have four large-scale surveys active. It's essential that we sort this problem out as soon as possible. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

I'm not sure if this is related, but we're also having issues with Aggregate. The "Manage Forms" tab is not loading. In fact, that entire page is frequently not loading. Please give us any advice you have. Thank you for the help.

Regards,
Paul

OK. That makes a lot more sense; If the Forms Management page is not
loading, then ODK Aggregate is having trouble managing the forms it knows
about, and it would explain the problems with Briefcase.

Can you invite me as a developer (
https://code.google.com/p/opendatakit/wiki/AppEngineTroubleshooting ) and
let me know what your application ID is?

Hi Mitch,

It looks like Moses already sent you an invitation. But I didn't know when
it was sent, so I've removed and added you again. I believe the info Moses
shared will get you the rest of the way, but let us know if you need
anything else.

Best,
Paul

HI I would like to know if this issue was solved. We are facing a similar issue.
