Labels in bold, italic e

Hi,
Can somebody help me for my needs below?

  1. put labels in bold, italic etc.
  2. is it possible to make default not to appear to user on the form?
  3. how to make group controls using the group control which is on the
    interface in attachment?

I think ODK already support markdown, see this link for syntax: https://github.com/adam-p/markdown-here/wiki/Markdown-Cheatsheet

As far as I know, you need to develop forms using excel template.

I have followed the link, seen some tools like H1, H2 .....
but i don't know how to use them in the itext block of my odk xml form
more help, please

Convert that to XML and that should give you an idea of how to use
them in your itext block.
