Likert Scale Display

Heya,

I am piloting different response scales and have seen that you can have 'likert' in the appearance column of an XLSForm to get a line with answer options presented along it.

The ODK guide says 'Best if used with web clients, makes the answer choices appear as a Likert scale' - does this mean it ONLY works with web clients? The select_one responses do not appear on a likert scale line in ODK Collect on my Samsung tablets.

Thanks so much for any advice on this or alternative suggestions

Regards,

Sachin

It is not in ODK Collect.

The XLSForm documentation attempts to document the full breadth of features
people have added, but we have not yet figured out a way to identify what
features are available in what clients and/or servers.

I think it's only support in Enketo at the moment. Enketo is an
offline-capable web client. Read more
