Line in the likert widget

The line in the likert scale is not visible

2. What steps can we take to reproduce this issue?
Created a select_one question with likert appearance

3. What have you tried to fix the issue?
None. Didn't try to fix. But I tried in another device, still no line

I've not used the likert widget for a long time in my forms. So just wondering if this is intentional, an updated version, or there's a problem with my form and devices.

It was an intentional change. We have removed those lines because we had problems with displaying them properly https://github.com/getodk/collect/issues/4872. We might add them back at some point but we are not even sure if this is important for our users. What about you? Would you prefer to see the lines?

Oh ok. Thank you, @Grzesiek2010. Yes, we prefer to see the lines as visual cue for the interviewers that it's a satisfaction/rating question and not a regular multiple choice. But it's okay if it's not possible to have the lines back at the moment. I just had to check with you because I thought there's something wrong with my form or device.

Thanks for sharing your thoughts. I agree that it would be better to have the lines but back then it didn't seem important enough and we didn't have time.
