I just set up my own clone of Formhub on Amazon Web Services as per these instructions:
My cloned version of Formhub is now working, but has this message at the bottom of the screen:
The url "of" this web application http://54.172.178.118/Erin must be given to ODK Collect before it will get forms from and submit data to formhub. In Collect's Main Menu, press the Menu button. Select Server Preferences, then Server. Enter http://54.172.178.118/Erin as the server.
I can't find where the main menu is on ODK Collect or the server preferences. What do I do next?

Open ODK collect on your mobile device
then press the menu button, select General Settings, then look for Server
Settings, then Configure Platform settings.
