Linking odk aggergate to mysql

How can i link my odk aggergate data to mysql through google cloud. Is there a step by step document somewhere?

I don't understand the question.

We don't currently support the Google Cloud SQL offering (if that is what
you are asking about).

A developer should be able to get that working, and it would be great if
the changes were contributed back to the community.

We do support Tomcat / MySQL deployments.
