I assume this is the latest ODK Aggregate (1.4.7).
The initial password is 'aggregate'
If you have an older existing install, then you will need to upgrade your
server.

Note that there is now a setting in Gmail that needs to be toggled during
the install process to allow the installer to update the AppEngine
instance. See step 2 of the instructions here:
