Dear all

We would like to contract someone to build an ODK form for us. The
questionnaire is currently in Exel and contains a number of skip
patterns. We would preferrably like this completed by the end of next
week.

Dear all

Thanks to all those who have offered to assist. Great to know that
there is ready capacity to assist with form building. We have
appointed someone to develop the forms.
