Loop Inside Another Loop (Nested Loop Problem)

Hello everyone, I'm designing questionnaire for deployment on KoboToolbox using XLSForm. I want a situation where I can have 3 separate Repeat Groups inside 1 main repeat group. I was able to achieve the first sub-repeat but the other two failed.

I have attached herewith a copy of the design for help.
