How Can I Increase the FONT Size for Specific elements.

ODK Collect does not support that level of customization.

You can set overall font size on the General Settings page.

Within a form, the label hint is displayed in a smaller font than the label
text.

If you need further customization, the easiest solution for ODK Collect is
to construct images with the text exactly as you want it, and then use
those images as the prompts for the questions, rather than supplying plain
text.
