Manual Data Upload

The records on server differ from mobile device. Devices were used to
collect data from different field sites. In some sites more data on device
than on server, in some cases vice-versa. All devices used are available.
Should I upload manually, but how do I deal with duplicates. Will odk
overwrite existing records with same id

If your form contains a meta/instanceID field (
http://opendatakit.org/help/form-design/ ), then ODK Aggregate can identify
identical records and will not create duplicates.

I'm not sure what you mean about more data being on devices vs. servers and
vice versa. The form should be identical on all the devices; if it isn't,
that is something ODK Aggregate cannot handle.
