Getting Missing media under State and Actions in ODK Central.

Tried but did not succeed to reproduce the issue.

Not fixed yet. Need to find the way to fix it.

Do all submissions show this or only some? When you tested your form draft, did you get all of the expected media? And now, when you download the ZIP for your submissions, is there media that you expect but is not in the zip? Do you expect more than 100mb of attachments to a single submission?

All the submissions shows missing media when user submit the survey submission using iPhone 12 or Android 13. Basic information is given below.
When user try to download media from the specified submission in submissions dashboard.
It shows an error message.
"message": "Could not find the resource you were looking for.",
"code": 404.1
Survey contains only signatures and photos as media with small size around 5 MB.

We believe it was fixed in Enketo 5.0.1. I see from your user agent string that you have Enketo 4.1.1 so the best way forward would be to get your Central server updated (taking care to back data up, announce a maintenance period, etc as described in the docs).
