only one email address and why Fusion Tables can be shared with many email

Not sure I understand your question. You can publish to Fusion Tables
from Aggregate using one Gmail account and share that table with
whomever (e.g., like all other Google Docs apps).

There is no alerting in Aggregate, but there's nothing stopping you
from building that functionality.
