Multiple answers with yes and no options

What is the problem? Please be detailed.

How can I add a question that has many options with yes no for each option .. all in one page ..
Like a multiple select but the answers has yes no for each answer ..

What ODK tool and version are you using? And on what device and operating system version?

So my question will be multiple selected but with yes and no for each select

Hi @AbrarAlasmari

You can achieve this using the appearance command, with the 'field-list' , 'label' , and 'list-nolabel' commands. Please see attached for an example.

Based on the photos, it looks like you have too many options on the choice tab of the .xls form.

It should look like (with example attached):
