. I want to create a constraint where Brand X cannot be selected if it already exists and is selected in the column: Question 1, Question 2 or Queston 3.
Can anyone help ?

I think its not yet clear what the goal is. Can you make the form without any constraint on Brand X and share it? Then maybe we can see what it looks like and what would be the best way to achieve this outcome. It doesnt sound like a difficult problem to solve, but I think the image posted doesnt give a clear idea of what the form looks like.
