Is there a way to have multiple text answers for 1 question. I have a
prioritization question and we ask participants to tell us their top 3
needs, I would like to have 3 text places for them to fill not only 1 text
answer.

Hi Ezzat,
Use three text questions and wrap them in a group with an appearance
of field-list.
