Hi! I create a survey using excel and I use repeat and calculation in type
column in my survey excel sheet but when I try to convert it to json file
by using Application Designer V.2, it display an Unrecognized prompt type.
Prompt: 'begin repeat' same goes with the calculation. I follow the
XLSForn design in XLSForm.org. Did I miss anything here?
