Hello ODK Community, at this stage I have asked you to help me solve a problem that has arisen before me. I am using Odq-Central. At this stage, there are several active projects in the database and I need to share the "database" of one of them with a "guest".
I had a similar project last year and I managed to share the database, however, there were some problems with emails and the issue was resolved by creating emails for our organization's domain.
I will list the steps that I completed
User Settings – Creatr Web User – Sitewide Role /None/ – Actions /Reset password/
Project – Project Roles /Project Viewer/
The first problem was created by Actions /Reset password/. The specified email does not receive a request to change the password. /It does not matter if it is our web email /which I created specifically for the guest @issa-georgia.com, or @gmail.com/
The second problem, when entering the email address created when logging into the central, it says Incorrect email address and/or password. This may stem from the first problem. Entering the admin password does not help me solve this problem either.
Please help me and let me know if I am doing something wrong /at the first stage/ or if the central has some problem?

To solve delivery issues, we strongly recommend using a dedicated email service such as Mailjet.
