Need Help with Submission Filter

Greetings!

I need help with filtering the submission on ODKAggregate. The video
training shows that the filter option is enabled however in my ODK
implementation the filtering option is not enabled. Please see the attached
pictures.

Aggregate 1.4.7 has broken filters. Upgrade to a newer version.
