Need to interface an external IR sensor with my android app

I am android developer and I know a bit about the electronic stuff and I
want to develop an application in android by which we can have any type of
IR remote function with the use of USB IR toy.http://dangerousprototypes.com/docs/USB_IR_Toy_v2

I am using an external USB IR Toy sensor (
http://dangerousprototypes.com/docs/USB_IR_Toy_v2 ) and I want this sensor
to interface with mobile app. Via. USB/OTG cable and the data of sensor can
record in the app and whenever we want to use that recorded data then it
can easily transfer from app. to sensor via. USB

I just want to know about how we can move further.

I want to use this app in Samsung Note 2.

I am requesting to you that please respond my answer ASAP.

Rohit can provide you links to the Sensors Framework documentation and how
to integrate with other sensors. The Sensors Frameworks are intended to
assist in the low-level pairing of sensors to the device and the management
of the communications channels, enabling developers to focus their efforts
at a higher, application-focused, level.
