No Enketo offline feature

Hi Friends,

I installed ODK Central successfully, but I am not seeing the offline icon of Enketo. Majority of submissions into my server will be coming from browser form.

Is my installation incomplete? Or, was this feature of Enketo left here by the core team?

This suits to my current requirement of using the advantage of Enketo's offline capability.
