ODK appears to be down. Any idea when it will be up and running again?
You are in charge of your own ODK Aggregate server; we have no knowledge or
awareness of it. If it ran out of its daily free quota, the Google Cloud
console will indicate that.
If you did not use the online XLSForm converter, use the ODK Validate (
https://opendatakit.org/downloads/download-info/odk-validate-2/ ) tool to
verify that your XML file has no errors before uploading to your ODK
Aggregate server.
