NullPointerException invoked during downloading formList

Hello members,

I want to download forms from different server. So I created a xml file
named as formList which is shown below.

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?> DoP - IFMR Migrant Labour Survey Untitled Form

On downloading the formList I got NullPointerException as shown in the
attached file.
Please suggest how to fix this error!

This is not conformant to OpenRosa:

And pay particular attention to the headers on your responses.
