As a form designer, I want to be able to group several related text or numeric inputs into a grid so that they can be input quickly by enumerators. There are many kinds of forms that involve collecting several values of the same kind. A simple example: [IMG_2698] This would currently need to be represented as 9 different text fields in vertical sequence (e.g. "How many grams of vegetables did you eat for breakfast?").
