ODK 1 TSC Call - 2018-01-10

Now that the ODK 1 TSC has been established, it's time to schedule a TSC call. Get excited, @TSC!

I propose we schedule a quick first call to do the following:

1. Round of introductions
2. Get a sense of the priorities
3. Pick a good time for a standing meeting
4. Talk about anything else others want to discuss
