Updates from my end are that the Collect v1.16 rollout seems to have gone well. There are a couple of issues like ODK Collect v1.16.x - Problem with geopoint placement-map to investigate but no major problems. 
There's still some work being done by @joeldean around making the SMS integration more useful. Some new ideas have been explored at SEND QUEUE after submission sending through SMS and it would be good to get some TSC input on what should be prioritized.
