Re-run the installer, specifying a new superUserUsername. The new username
will have 'aggregate' as the password, you can then log in, and either

Please do not post the same question multiple times.

several days (particularly around holidays and weekends) for the posting to
go through; we manually approve them -- and reject about 75 spam e-mails a
day.
