ODK aggreate download problem

I'm trying to download ODK aggregate to my Mac, I downloaded ODK Aggregate
v.1.2.0 OSX-intaller, and once I download the file it reads that it is
unable to unarchive, error1-operation not permitted.

Does anyone know what could be the problem?

I've confirmed that the OSX installer image for ODK Aggregate 1.2 works
fine on the Mac in our lab.

Do you have any anti-virus or other security software installed that may
prevent you from downloading files from the internet?

Also, a more knowledgeable Mac user says that only the person who
downloaded a file is able to "un-quarantine" it. Perhaps you downloaded it
as one user, but attempted to run it as a different user? I haven't tested
whether this would produce the error you describe.

If neither of those fix the issue, try re-downloading the file. It may be
that the download failed in the last few transmissions (this can be
confirmed by verifying the SHA1 hash of the file you have against the hash
reported for that file on the googlecode site).

Also, if you are trying to unzip using Unarchiver or another
third-party tool, try using the default unzipper (Archive Utility.app)
and see if that works better.
