How can I export my data from ODK aggregate to SQL format?

Please note that Aggregate has reached end-of-life and is no longer being updated or supported. Consider switching to Central because it's actively developed.
If this is a one-time process, I think it should be possible to export your Aggregate data to a CSV file and then import that file into your SQL database. For example see this support article related to Microsoft SQL Server.
