When I export the submmissions as a .csv file from aggregate the data
for groups appears as a link, is there any way to export this with the
group data included?

Not currently.
The best way to get these files to your desktop is through the Briefcase
applet, which will produce separate .csv files for each nested group, with
the PARENT_KEY identifying the record in the parent group (matching against
the KEY column) to which the row in the nested group corresponds.
