ODK Aggregate local host on Tomcat 7-No Permissions

Ive granted tomcat7 all the rights (sudo chmod -R 777) but still i get stuck here.

Please note that Aggregate is no longer being supported. Central is now the ODK server. The post below has for more details about the end-of-life for Aggregate. Is there a reason you are trying to install Aggregate and not Central?
