Hi all,
i just wanted to know how can i manage this situation:
I have an ODK Collect customized app installed on the devices of two
different clients.
Obviously i have on my server an ODK Aggregate (installed on tomcat) with
two different forms.
How can i set the odk aggregate to link a single form to each respective
client?
Thank you very much
Angelo
Use two different ODK Aggregates, one for each client.

Hi Mitch, thank you for the answer.
So an application like Survey Cto has tons of tomcats running one ODK
Aggregate for each client? Or they had customized the ODK Aggregate
properly?
Thank you for your time Mitch!

Within a single Tomcat install, you can have multiple ODK Aggregate servers
running. Just give different names to the WAR files.
Similarly, within a given database server, you can create multiple
databases.
Last I heard, Survey CTO has a separate ODK Aggregate for each organization.
They have customized their Tomcat server configuration and the database
connection management to make the co-hosting of several servers more
efficient.

Yes, thanks Mitch, this is true: we still run separate virtual servers for
every user so that they are (a) fully separate/safe and (b) able to stay on
whatever versions of the software they prefer. It does take a lot of server
resources and is a bit more difficult to manage, but we think it's worth it.
Best,
Chris
