1. What is the problem? Be very detailed.
Hello,
There is an issue with Aggregate Server that it keeps refreshing once i sign in and i can't click on anything.

2. What app or server are you using and on what device and operating system? Include version numbers.

3. What you have you tried to fix the problem?
I tried to access google cloud but we lost access to that account and there's no possible way to get it back.

4. What steps can we take to reproduce the problem?

Hello @Khaled_Altaher,

This is a critical issue, which I experienced previously. Do you have the back up of your data? If yes, please reinstall the Aggregate server and restore data to the server.

Perhaps you submitted twice while you were uploading form to your aggregate server, which is the usual reason for this.

If you lost access to the GAE account and if you have a backup, you may install a new Aggregate server and restore your backup to the new server and continue collecting data.
