Nafundi has built a VM containing this release, available here:

Major changes:

  • when installing for first time, ODK Aggregate will not require you to log
    in. Access restrictions are not altered when upgrading. This only affects
    new deployments.
  • several fixes for publishers, including to Google Spreadsheets and Fusion
    Tables.
  • fix issue preventing ODK Briefcase from successfully accessing some form
    data.
