Asim, I had the SAME problem when I was setting up a test project. I eventually gave up and DELETED the application on AppEngine. I'd be curious to find out if there's a fix for this. I have a new instance going and need it for a 3000 respondent survey. I CAN'T have this happening; kaos would ensue.
