Hi Madhurh,

Please try and be more elaborate, if you are to get any help.

Describe what do you want to achieve, what are you doing that you get the
error? Are you on ODK Collect, Aggregate, etc.

In order of most likely problems;

(1) if you are doing a MySQL installation, you forgot to download and
install the MySQL Connector/J in your Tomcat lib directory.

(2) we only support Tomcat 6, not Tomcat 7.

(3) You need to ensure that the Super User e-mail address you gave during
the install process has exactly the same capitalization as is shown in
Gmail when you look at your account settings. If the capitalization is
different, you will need to re-run the installer and supply the proper
capitalization.

Otherwise, within the tomcat 6 install directory, look in the
catalina.2012-05-dd.log file (e.g., C:\Program Files\Apache Software
Foundation\Tomcat 6.0\logs\catalina.2012-05-14.log) and see what errors are
being reported.

If it is unclear what is going on, search for the error in the opendatakit
group and in the issue list (
http://code.google.com/p/opendatakit/issues/list ). If nothing comes up,
then please open a new issue and attach the log.

Hi, I recently ran into the same problem on Ubuntu 12.04, and it seems to
be caused by Tomcat7. Once I switched to Tomcat6 as suggested in the
previous post, I no longer saw the error.
