I want to work with ODK Aggregate .but not sure how it work and purpose .Is
there any tutorial or video where I could understand how it works and how
to install it. Is it possible to upload my xml form in online and get the
fill up finalized forms from the enumerators through online? please let me
know.

Yes, once you have your aggregate server set up, you will be able to pull
blank forms.
