Dear ODK community,
ODK Briefcase pulling and exporting with version "ODK-Briefcase-v1.18.0" was working previously but with frequent attempts or after another version is opened parallelly with "ODK.Briefcase.v1.8.0.Production". I have got difficulties exporting to csv files after "pull" is successful currently. It takes longer exporting and it doesn't stop processing unless I stop it. picture will be attached. Exporting with ODK-Briefcase-v1.11.0-beta.1 seems successful but still says (0 submissions) and there will be no exported data in the csv format except survey names. After multiple attempts of opening different versions mentioned above together or one after the other, a random attempt works with ODK-Briefcase-v1.18.0, which I don't get the miracle what makes it work. I need a real and long lasting, and immediate help as I am in between of my data collection (offline data collection is a must for me as a student).
